Recognizing it's time to "luff our sails"

Wanting to exit while we’re still near the top of our game … with a lot of reluctance, Anne and I have decided it’s time for us to wind-down our involvement in Propel Dynamics Custom Clubfitters.

Beginning mid-February, 2013 we stopped accepting new clients along with orders from those already playing our equipment.

It is impossible to list the names of each Mentor/Instructor/Supplier/Component manufacturer/Colleague/Client/Friend(s) who have supported us for the past 18+ years … but, thank each of you for contributing to our success.

In retirement, we hope some of the recognitions of status within our group will endure (emeritus-style); however, we request each of your entities who have endorsed our services on "Locator"-type websites … take prompt action to remove "Propel Dynamics" and “Rich Hurley” from those listings.

Among seasoned whitewater boaters, when we drift past another boat which has stopped to fish (or bail) … we have an expression which seems to sum it up well: "See you on down stream."

To each of you friends, we sincerely hope we will have more chances to meet-up again with you somewhere down-that-river.
